Do I need an appointment to sell my gently used items?
Currently, no. We are in the process of getting rid of appointments but there will be limitiation on what you can bring in (LINK)
What do you NOT take?
We do not take anything stained/damage will be returned. We do not take carseats or underwear (If out of package).
Does we cosign?
No, we are Buyout Right store (BOR). After we give you your quote you can accept or decline your cash/store credit. If you need to look at the process (LINK)
Do we wash the clothing?
Regrettably, the process of washing the clothes would incur significant costs and require considerable time. Therefore, we kindly request that when you donate your gently used garments, you wash them beforehand and place them flat in a bin or box.
How does the buying process work?
We value your items based on style, condition and brand. We offer you a quote and if you like it, we pay you cash or give store credit. And you will also get 15% off clothes and shoes the day that you are selling to us.
